We are starting off this 2 session sale in the carriage house which consists of a large apartment with antiques, collectibles, used furniture,….  There is also a large fully equipped art studio, a sewing workshop, and a large assortment of clothes.

The Art Studio:  A great opportunity to buy some lovely paintings.  Large Landscapes, Bucolic Scenes, Abstracts, Woodblocks, Etchings, Illustrations, Lithographs, Monotype prints, Collages etc. Some of very large proportions. All by Pat Monson, most signed. See her biography. There is also some other artwork- Prints, Etchings, Botanicals, Photographs by others.

Also Canvases, Frames, Easels, Art supplies, Storage Equipment, Many tools and hardware used in art and crafts. Including many lighting pieces, Esmerilador Angle Grinder, Ryobe Bench Grinder with Supply of pads, Matt Cutters of different types, Power Screwdriver, Bench Vise, Coping saws and other saws, Dremel, Miter, Still going through cabinets and boxes…

The Sewing Workshop: Consists of a commercial grade Singer Sewing Machine, Thread, Buttons lots and lots of buttons… Notions, Large Collection of Patterns mostly Vogue, Some Fabric, Beads, A very large amount of sewing, embroidery, needlework, craft supplies,  perfect opportunity for art teachers, quilters, ,,,,, Library of Books for Sewing, Art, Crafts, “lost” arts.

There are a lot of clothes in this sale, some very funky, dozens of pairs of shoes, pocketbooks, shawls, Kimono, ALSO professional racks perfect for a retail store. Holiday décor, household items, decorative accessories, shelving and cabinets.

THIS IS A VERY ECLECTIC SALE. THE CARRIAGE HOUSE IS PACKED AND WE ARE STILL EMPTYING ROOMS, CABINETS, CLOSETS.  

All items must be sold and all is priced to sell.

Because of covid restrictions this is an appointment only sale.  Visits are for 1/2 hour.  Masks must be worn, Social Distancing practiced, hand sanitizer is available.
